LLDPE stretch film originated back in 1867. Two American sisters pressed paper into corrugated shapes and used it as breathable sweat-wicking lining for hats, marking the birth of stretch film. Commonly known as industrial packaging film, LLDPE stretch film adopts eco-friendly PE material. It is non-toxic, odorless, high transparent and excellent in stretchability.

Features of PE Stretch Film Made of premium LLDPE raw material, this eco-friendly film boasts high toughness, elasticity, tear resistance, strong adhesion, thin thickness, cold & heat resistance, pressure resistance, dustproof and waterproof performance. It comes with single-sided and double-sided adhesion types. It cuts material, labor and time costs. Applicable for both manual and machine winding, widely used for consolidated cargo packaging with advantages of unitization, primary protection, compression fixation and cost efficiency.
2 Common Application Forms - **Sealed Packaging**: The earliest application form. The film fully wraps the pallet, then both ends are heat-sealed tightly. - **Full-width Packaging**: Fits regular-shaped pallets with full-width covering. Suitable for films with thickness of 17~35μm. - **Manual Packaging**: The simplest wrapping method. Operated by hand or simple bracket, mostly for repackaging damaged pallets and regular pallet wrapping, with relatively low efficiency. ## 03 Selection Tips for PE Stretch Film 1. **Transparency**: High-quality film is impurity-free with clear luster. 2. **Stretch Ratio**: Manual film reaches 250% stretch rate, machine film up to 300%.
3.Puncture Resistance**: Great toughness to shield goods from sharp object damage.
